Sporting activities have been playing a big role in my life since my earliest childhood. At school, I was actively involved in various different sports. Today, gymnastics and Pilates play an important role in my everyday life, furthermore I do yoga and stretching exercises each day in order to keep my body in balance.
In my spare time, I love to cook (but mostly: to eat) healthy and balanced food. I thoroughly enjoy searching for new recipes. Alright, I’ll admit it: from time to time, I also eat something not healthy. Using a good sense of proportion, I believe that’s okay. As we all know: the dose makes the poison.
I obtained certification at the „Wat Po Traditionel Medical School“, Bangkok, I am a certified sports massage therapist in France, and I qualified as a therapist in Switzerland.
At the moment, I am dedicating all my energy and passion to further education in personal treatments concerning face and body, following additional trainings in Switzerland as well as in Thailand.
In 2024 I started the 1st Level Fascial Manipulation Stecco®Method training in Padua, Italy.
I am certified according to EMR + ASCA, "Classic Massage" method, ID ZSR number C292963 with the most important supplementary insurance companies.
I am looking forward to meeting you and to finding solutions for any health related issues you might have.

Since my childhood, I’ve always been a big sports fan. I played football/soccer, ran marathons, and played tennis as well as American Football. I love following all kinds of sports, ranging from motor sports up to endurance and extreme sports.
I discovered massage therapy by chance, without any concrete plan. Right from the start, I was fascinated by the anatomy of our musculoskeletal system, and ever since, my passion has been to discover the causes of our various different movement disorders or impairments.
I obtained my certificate as a sports massage therapist in France and my diploma as a therapist in Switzerland. On a regular basis, I attend advanced training courses in order to expand my knowledge.
Since 2021, I have attended the 3 Levels of Learning of Fascial Manipulation Stecco®Method in Padua, Italy and a course of Live Dissection of the Human Fascial System by Prof. MD. Carla Stecco.
In 2023 I enrolled in the 3-Year Academic School of Fascial Manipulation to deepen and improve the technique, but above all the basic concepts of this amazing method that focus on the antecedent problems experienced by the patient to solve the pains that afflict him in the present
